How can I track my order?
You can track your order by going to "My Orders" and tapping on the "Track" button for active orders.
How to cancel an order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. Go to My Orders > Select Order > Cancel.
What are the delivery charges?
We offer free delivery for orders above ৳1000. For orders below that, a standard ৳50 delivery fee applies.
How do I use a coupon code?
Go to the Cart page, enter your promo code in the "Promo Code" box, and click Apply.
